Dedicated to the memory of Curtis Hazel
Curtis, Hazel Anne, of Wellington, passed away peacefully at Musgrove park Hospital with her family by her side on the 12th November 2021, aged 67 years. Haze will be forever missed by her husband Mike, loving children Simon, Alan, Tony, Darren, Vicki and Daniel, along with all her grandchildren and great grandchildren and all her other family and many friends.
